TERMS + CONDITIONS
PLACING AN ORDER
- Once you have chosen a design and provided necessary information required via the order form you will receive a digital proof within 1-2 business days (M-F, 9-4:30 CST) to the email address you provide.
- Review your proof and either 1) approve for production or 2) request any edits needed
Please note three rounds of proofs are included complimentary with your order. Additional edits beyond the included rounds will be billed at $50 per revision.
The timeliness of proof approvals & communication during this phase will impact your delivery date. Prim + Pretty Prints aims editing turn around times of 1-2 business days.
PRODUCTION & SHIPMENT
Once you have approved the proof for production, your order will go to print immediately. Please note that no further changes may be made following final approval. Your order will be carefully packaged and shipped to the address you provide, unless otherwise requested. Please allow 2-3 days for production on regular orders, and 1.5 weeks on wedding invitation orders. Shipping times vary based on shipping choice selected at checkout.
ARRIVAL & CHECK
Once your package arrives, open, review and count your products. Please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order of any discrepancies regarding your order. Any discrepancies reported after the 7 days will require a re-order. Refunds and reprints are only granted for damaged or lost items. Errors, such as dates and spelling will not be refunded.
While we do our best to carefully review each proof before production, it is the responsibility of the client to ensure the information is correct and give final approval for production. If you notice a mistake after your order has been printed, please refer to your final proof to assess if the error was approved by you. If it was, you will need to place a reorder. If it wasn't, please contact us immediately so we may correct the mistake.

Unless otherwise noted, all material including, but not limited to, illustrations, designs, original artwork, and layouts are the intellectual property of Prim + Pretty Prints and protected by United States copyright, trademark and/or other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use and reproduction without our permission is strictly prohibited. The designs, both proofs and final printed pieces, are the copyright of Prim + Pretty Prints. The copyright of design elements and files does not transfer to the client after final payment, unless agreed upon before the project begins. Prim + Pretty Prints retains all rights for display, publication and advertising.
For custom projects a deposit of $125 is required to start the design process. Payment of the remaining balance is due in full before production. Four rounds of edits to the original concept are included in the agreed upon price. Any additional artwork or change to the scope of work for the project will incur additional fees. The client shall not unreasonably withhold acceptance of, or payment for, the project. Rejection of the completed project or cancellation during its execution will result in forfeiture of deposit and the possible billing for all additional labor or expenses to date.
Orders shipped within the state of Tennessee will include 9.25% sales tax.
SHIPPING + DELIVERY
Shipping within the United States is free with your order. Upgraded shipping options are available at the discretion of the client. We are not responsible for any damages incurred during shipping or mailing. If your order does get damaged or lost please let us know at the earliest convenience.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Once a design has been approved, no refunds are available. Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not available. Refunds and reprints are only granted for damaged or lost items. Errors, such as dates and spelling will not be refunded.
